EFTCO publish the new 2026 questionnaire for the EFTCO Food Assessment
The 2026 questionnaire is ready to be used as from 1st October 2026 and mandatory to be used as from 1st Janauy 2027.
The number of total assessments for EFTCO Food is continuously improving and receives very positive feedback from the food industry and its service providers.
The food industry was involved in creating the new questionnaire and we arrange a new structure of the 14 chapters with 150 questions.
The EFTCO Food Questionnaire must be seen as an optional add on to the existing SQAS Assessment, which is still mandatory required for all Tankcleaning stations that use the EFTCO Cleaning Document (ECD) as documentation.
Therefore, the EFTCO Food Assessment is only a valid assessment, if combined with the assessment results of SQAS Core and SQAS Tankcleaning.
EFTCO continues with the documentation of `EFTCO Food Assessed` and is not engage in any details review, as the evaluation of the results needs to be done individually by the industry, based on their individual quality demands.
Cleaning stations wishing to register for the EFTCO Food Assessment should ideally do so in conjunction with the SQAS assessment. Registration requires a personal ID and password to log in at www.EFTCO.org.
The assessor can be selected from a list of approved assessors.
The chosen assessor automatically receives a request, which they must then confirm.
The assessment can be conducted either offline or online.
The results entered by the assessor are first sent to the cleaning station for online confirmation before the entire process is validated and documented by EFTCO.
The communication flow process is controlled and supervised by EFTCO following these steps:
